We are here to create and implement opportunities to strengthen ministry for and with young adults in the local church.  We are committed to the growing edges that surround ministry with young adults and the ever- changing culture that defines this age range. 

We are aware of and concerned for the lack of young adults connected to the communities of our churches. Thus, we aim to equip church leaders with the tools they need to be sensitive to young adults and to transform their congregations towards further relevancy and authenticity- two things that young adults are hardwired to sense.
